i-KRETE HD is a self priming, five component troweled polyurethane screed system with self-sealing finish.

Storage & Coverage
Each set of i-KRETE HD will cover approximately as follow:

Substrate preparation
Proper preparation is critical to ensure an adequate bond. The substrate must be dry and free of grease, fats, oil and laitance. Totally enclosed shot blasting or scarification. The surface must be show open textured surface like a sand paper texture for mechanical bonding.
基底表面前處理

Priming
1. KRETE HD is self-priming system. For porous substrate use i-FLOOR Primer. The primer system must be cure to a tack-free state before applying i-KRETE HD

i-KRETE HD 是自底涂系统不需要做底涂。对于松散的基层要做
i-FLOORPrimer 底涂。要等到密封底塗表面硬化後才能施做 i-KRETE HD 材料。
Mixing
• Add Part B and Part C2 (Pigment Pack) into
mixing pail. Mixing with the blender with helical spinner for 30 seconds.
• Add Part A mixing with the blender with helical
spinner for 30 seconds and Part C1into mixing pail and mix for 30 seconds then add Part D (Aggregate) Allow the contents to mix until aggregate is thoroughly "wet out" for 30 seconds.
• Compact and smooth the mortar using a hand
trowel followed by rolling to bring up and saturate the resin. Allow to cure overnight.
攪拌混合
· 先將 B 部分及 C2 部分（色粉）倒入攪拌桶內，使用螺旋形 攪拌葉片的攪拌機攪拌 30 秒。
· 再將 A 部分倒入攪伴桶內攪伴然后再加入 C1 部分(骨料)后再 攪拌 30 秒，然后把 D 部分（聚合物）倒入后再搅拌 30 秒直 到骨料完全濕透、攪伴均匀為止。
· 用手工镘刀压实及抹平砂浆层，然后用滚筒将树脂提浆并作 为面涂滚涂表面，施工完成后使之固化一个晚上。
Pot life
1) KRETE HD has working time of approximately 10-15 minutes at 30℃. The working time will vary depending on temperature.
可操作时间
攪伴後的 i-KRETE HD 材料硬化時間非常快，可施工時間大約有 10-15 分鐘(30℃)，该時間的長短會依施工現場溫度而變動。
Application
‧. Material must be use immediately after mixing.
• Use screed box to distribute the mixed onto the

Pot life

Hardening Time
At 30℃ allow:
. 12 hours for foot traffic.
. 24 hours for common industrial spillages and heavy traffic.
5 days for fully Chemical cure.

Shelf Life
Store unopened in dry conditions at 15-35℃ Avoid exces- sive heat, moisture and do not freeze. The shelf life is 12 months in original, unopened container.

Cleaning up
Clean up mixing and application equipment immediately after use. Use toluene or xylene. Observe all fire and health precautions when handling or storing solvent

Important
lf any unusually long delay should arise, such as a break for lunch, it will be necessary to completely clean all mixing paddles and pails before ceasing operation. The presence of such particles would seriously affect the troweling and finishing of the floor.

Caution
Avoid contact with Part A and B as they may cause skin And/or eye irritation. In case of contact, immediately flush area with copious amounts of clean water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention. Applicators should cover hands with impervious 910lves. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use, and before eating, smoking, etc.
